Responsibility
Maasha Allah.
I am all of 42 years old and never ever changed a diaper before. Well, today I did.
Mom was in the shower and baby needed her diaper changed.. fast.
To many people, including my 10 year old nephew, this may be a very mundane thing.... but in reality, I really never did change a diaper before... and with the help of my nephew, I did.
It reminds me that I have so much more responsibility that I have yet to learn.. Maybe this is why Allah never gave me so many things that I FEEL I need,... because I have much more to learn.
In shaa Allah, I will try to be a better person, a more responsible person,.. and this I promise myself... I have so much things to work on myself, in shaa Allah.
It is not enough that I try to help people and make people happy. It is not enough that I try to say my namaaz on time, and try to be a better Muslim.... I have so many things to work on myself, in shaa Allah...
I think I need to be better all around.. in shaa Allah, I will open my eyes and see for myself all the things around me and hopefully, I suspect things as mundane as changing a diaper will not be too perplexing as it was for me today.
