When you do Good, People will accuse you Brown-Nosing and then Kick you in the Teeth...
... But you do Good , anyway.
Have you ever seen that movie "City Slickers"? The one which Jack Palance stars as a cowboy called "Curly"?
In this movie, you see Curly talking about " That One Thing" in Life that you have to figure out. He says that many people never, ever find their one thing in life... and many just go on living their life, never knowing what their one thing was.
I sat down and prayed. And prayed.. and prayed.
And Allah Guided me, Alhamdulillah, to "MY One Thing"... and that is to do Good and Make People Happy.
The sad thing is: this is a dog-eat-dog world.. and people, almost everyone I know, basically; think when I do something good, I am either trying to work my way up, and get by pass by them. Some of them even accused me of "being unethical"! - which shows how insecure they are.
AAAAANYWAAAY...
I rather enjoy doing good things... I have done some good things, which I don't think is necessary to mention at any point.. and some people keep saying - WHY are you doing this?
It does not matter to me if anyone whom I had helped repays me in any way - really.
When I do things, any thing, I always make duaa.
I say, " Yaa Allah, I am doing this because ....... I do hope that this will benefit .... to.... and Please Accept this Good Deed as I have done this without expecting anything in return.. aameen.."
I do hope people will simply leave me alone to be...ME, in shaa Allah.
Because I intend to keep right on doing Good Things.
